Note: In demo mode, Twilio credentials are not configured so no real SMS is sent. Configure TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID, TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN, and TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER in your environment to send real SMS. The demo dashboard will still show the full flow.
